Return and Refund Policy

At Van Life Gear Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Before shipping your item back for a return, please contact us at shawn@vanlifegearcompany.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Please note that return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. However, we can provide you with a return shipping label at a discounted price if you would like. The cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it is in its original condition. If the item is eligible for a refund, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, we recommend returning your original item and placing a new order. This ensures that you get the item you want as quickly as possible.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at shawn@vanlifegearcompany.com. If within 30 days of purchase, we will replace the item or offer you a full refund. If beyond 30 days replacement or refund will be at our discretion. 

Final Sale Items

Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
